Graham Heating & Air Conditioning - Kissimmee

Bobby and Brandon came to fix upstairs ac and service both units. Awesome work.. Very kind, courteous and professional. They also came on time and were very efficient. GREAT SERVICE !!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid this company at all costs. We were loyal Graham customers for years. But this last experience was completely unacceptable. They reached out to us to schedule maintenance (we didn’t even request it). During the visit, their new, inexperienced technician caused our A/C to stop working. It broke in the middle of the service and never turned back on. It was 94°F in our Florida home. We became sick from the heat. Our dog vomited repeatedly. Michael, their manager, gave us a weak portable unit that barely helped. A few days later, he told us the compressor had burned out and said we needed either a refrigerant conversion or a new A/C system. Wow, what a great technician. Answered every question with great knowledge. Very profesional, glad my unit was healthy. Possabley look foward to seein this company again if needed.

Had them out to replace the insulation and fix my ductwork. They broke a board on the side of my house, stapled through an electrical cord so now my outlets in my bathroom don’t work. Called them back to fix this and because I noticed that the insulation was still falling out under my house. They came and replaced the board, but didn’t finish the insulation or the ductwork repair. They are refusing to even look at the outlets because they “aren’t electricians” nor are they willing to get someone else to fix this issue. I’ve called them five times to come finish the insulation and ductwork and I’m getting the runaround from their office workers saying: “a manager is looking into it and will get back to me.” It’s been almost 9 months since they didn’t finish the job I hired them for and thre

Ryan arrived on time as scheduled and worked diligently to resolve an issue we have had for some time with our new system that other technicians have been unable to fix. Our system is now running properly and we are very happy with the service and the system.
