Very professionally done. Impressed by their versatility. They gave us two options for the system and we were able to have it customized around our living and attic storage space. We settled on a Heat Pump with a combination of a ducted air handler + a mini split indoors. It has worked flawlessly for about a week now with this past Sunday going down to 11 degrees F. This company is amazing. Super friendly and was willing to talk me thru every problem until I understood. They got me a new unit almost immediately and did a great job installing it. Prices are as low or lower than anybody I called. They really went the extra mile to help my family and myself get heat back in our house. They are my new go to people. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

Ran into a snag with our regular HVAC provider being shorthanded and unable to respond with our tenant having no heat. Graham sent out a technician (Joe) almost immediately, who troubleshooted the issue, and had the heat back on very fast. So pleased with the response, and the service call cost was very fair. Based on the experience, I'm seriously considering moving Graham into first position for all of our properties. Thanks again, really appreciate the help!

I wish I could give more than five stars! New to area and somewhat (ok, a lot panicked) when my furnace decided to struggle coming on and I could smell burning rubber throughout the house. I took a shot in the dark on a local search and called Graham. The lady that answered was so sweet and I know she could hear that panic in my voice. She told me someone would be out in about an hour. An hour later the tech shows up and he was absolutely great. Pinpointed exactly what was going on with my old furnace and had it fixed in no time at all. Highly highly recommend!!!
