The crew showed up on time and finished the job within half a day. Efficient, professional, and easy to work with—highly recommend!

I’ve used Graham Tree Services for several years to trim and cutout trees, usually for 8-10 trees in my side and back yard.A couple of our trees are over 30 feet tall. I’ve found them very reliable, trustworthy and reasonable. Their equipment is first rate, with chipping equipment and removal trucks. Our yard is left broom clean. Their cutters are very experienced and the work is fast, taking less than a few hours. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your tree cutting jobs.

Graham Tree Services did an excellent job helping us with a large pine tree that had dry branches at risk of falling and causing harm to pedestrians or drivers in front of our house. Their crew was professional, courteous, and attentive, taking the time to ask questions to ensure we were satisfied with their work. Months later, the company even returned at no cost to remove another limb that posed a risk of falling.

Graham Tree Service took advantage of my 85yo father. Ray the owner said, (during his quoting visit), they had to use a crane to do the job, removing my dad's 70+foot redwood tree, by craning it over his house. When the day came to do the work, no crane. Ray said it was "broken". The extra (thousands of dollars) my father paid he thought was for this particular service. When we asked the office personnel why this was the price when the crane was not going to be used, Ray's response was, this was the price. (Basically, with or without the crane). Not only could we have had the work done cheaper elsewhere, the original price went UP by 500$ from the verbally agreed price, of course AFTER the work was done. Got several quotes for tree work that was mandatory by City Of Oakland. Graham Tree Service was the most reasonable & timely. Owner came out himself and gave me the estimate. Had a 3-4 story pine tree, huge (at least 2 stories) Liquid amber, and what I thought were three Italian Cypress to be cut down (no stump removal). Turns out there was actually four Italian Cypress (all clumped together) but was still only charged for three! scheduled at 8 AM, the crew, with all their heavy equipment (bucket, chipper, dump truck) were done by noon! The guys were all very kind and courteous. Cleanup was impeccable. Even got on my roof with a blower to remove any foliage that may have dropped. Highly recommend Graham Tree Service and will use them for any future tree work I may have.
