I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I placed my order ahead of time and went to the area clearly marked “Express Pickup,” yet customers on the other side of the store were prioritized instead. There was initially only one associate assisting customers. When two additional associates came out, one immediately began helping a customer on the other side of the store who had arrived after me. The second associate walked up to the computer and did not acknowledge me or the other customer who had been standing there waiting for assistance. Neither of us had been greeted. Instead, he acted as if we were not even there. Being ignored while clearly waiting for help is unacceptable. The process is disorganized and unclear. The store has signage for both “Express Picku

Best experience! Hands down Michelle Langston provided the best customer service and overall customer experience. Kind friendly patient and so much more. She is always willing to patiently assist and her knowledge of the companies inventory makes finding what you need a pleasure and a joy. I only wish they could clone her because she’s just that amazing.

I’ve shopped here and at other Graingers in the past and the female working up front offered the worst customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. To start she has an attitude before I even said anything after waiting 10 minutes. She had zero interest after I asked if they had something in store and acted as if it was trouble looking it up on there computer. Pretty poor expensive, the older gentleman working next to her was helping his customer without any complaints, answering all his questions, and not acting like it’s a big issue assisting people. I would avoid this location if you want ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great place! I needed a new capacitor for my AC but the HVAC supply places I around here would only sell to contractors. Someone recommended Grainger and I was able to find the part online and have it waiting for me when I got there. Instead of waiting for Amazon delivery and getting a crappy generic one I was able to get a quality, brand name part right away. Saved me $300 by being able to repair my AC myself.

I had a fantastic experience at this location last week and Bill, the salesperson who assisted me, was exceptional attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed and made the whole process smooth and easy. It’s rare to come across such dedicated customer service. Thanks again, Bill!
