Great experience all around! Called the toll free number and talked to somebody very helpful and gave me details on stock, where to pick up, etc! In store, I was helped by Myla who was amazing! Super helpful for pickup and helping me pick up some additional items. She was completely focused on a good experience for me. All cylinders hitting here!!!

This place was a life saver today. Not only did they have the blower motor and capacitor we needed, but when the first motor was dead in box, we called and they had a secondary one waiting for us to pick up. Tech support, and everyone that assisted us were fantastic. very thankful I have a father in law that knows what he's doing with this.

The customer service I received from Edward today was exceptional—something I haven’t experienced in a long time. I came in for a $10 item, and he went out of his way to ensure it was the correct fuse. He could have easily told me to do more research and come back, but instead, he took the time to test 2-3 different options until he was confident we had the right one. I’ll definitely be finding more reasons to shop here!
