Very disappointed in the process and customer service at this location. First trip the order was supposed to be two items they only ordered one then reordered and it was the wrong part altogether now keep in mind we're coming from way across town to come to the store to pick up these items. We weren't even offered the option to have it shipped to us until we asked about it after making two trips up to the store. Then had the nerve to charge for shipping. That should have been free considering all the gas we had to burn. Do better for the next time.

Went there in Oct.2010 to get a furnace blower motor, wholesale. No problem, $99 and the guy even WALKED ME THRU wiring changes and told me which colors to fold back and not connect. Even gave me a handful of crimp connectors. THEN, APPARENTLY, THEY WERE BOUGHT BY BIG COMPANY. PROBABLY CHINESE. Everything you see now, can be found with a Google search and you'll find EVERYBODY selling it. Usually in China. Prices? half again to TWICE as high as the rest of the world. don;t know if their entire system has been idiotically "automated" or not, but a year or two ago, they had those cheap, 19 gallon plastic lawn tubs with the rope handles in their inventory. Priced at US$150.17 -I ended up talking to some poor schmuck that had NO idea that other customers MIGHT come in your store IF they knew

Poor service. I arrived at 4:30 (maybe 30 secs afterward) for a simple transaction, and despite my wife being at the door and waving, the employees refused to acknowledge her, and simply turned off the lights. Whatever happened to going out of the way to help the customer? Doors should not be locked until at least closing time, especially when customers are at the door. I’ve worked retail in the past, and this is standard procedure.

Jenny was very approachable and helped me and my partner get some snow shovels. Easy and quick, wonderful service!

Great customer service. Went there to get a motor which was not available at the store but the lady went out of way to help us find correct serial number and all. I forgot her name but she was amazing!! Keep good service up (million stars)
