Grainger Industrial Supply

I don't know if it's from lack of attention to detail, or from general bad business practices, but obviously Grainger is pulling one over on people for air filters. Either that or they can magically upgrade MERV 8 filters to MERV 11 filters using magic stickers. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because this location is great and the employees are nice. Grainger itself would get one star.

[Thu., Dec. 15, 2022, ~4:09 pm review] Love the online ordering experience and pick up in store thing. Especially because y’all are so far away from me. Minus one BIG star, though, for the Jackson, MS, store’s banker’s hours. 🙄 (And would be nice if you kept up an inventory at that store, though, instead of always having to wait on a “never in time” truck from Birmingham, Atlanta, Memphis or wherever. But that’s another story. 🤣 Lol) Why in the world close a retail store at 4 pm?? 😳😔😞 Betcha roll up the sidewalks at dusk, too? 😂 Wasted 60 mile drive to return an unneeded, unused $40 part and doors locked. 🙁 At least I called from Lowe’s while running another errand ’cause just had a feelin’ and didn’t waste an extra LONG drive down I-55 almost to Byram!

I always have a good experience with these folks. Most of the time they have the part or item I need in stock. When they don't, they usually get it next day. The staff is courteous and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Those guys at that establishment are A1! Swift, with great customer service. Very clean facility, as well.

All the employees where awesome, helped us a lot
