I walked in to pick up a part that we ordered ahead of time and Bre greeted me with a smile and helped me immediately! She was so nice and made my experience very pleasant!

I picked up a special order of large cardboard pads from this location yesterday. I was concerned about how I was going to transport the sheets on the top of my vehicle. Paul was so patient. friendly and helpful. He made sure everything was tight and secure. And to my surprise he called me a few hours after I left to assure that I had made it home safely with my order. That's above and beyond customer service. And rare these days. So thanks again Paul for making my experience with grainger a good one.

Mike at the counter didn't know his elbow from his behind and took 10 minutes to search for snips that were right next to him. His response for everything was, "oh we don't have that but I can order something for you" while I see a huge, neatly organized, well stocked warehouse through the window directly behind him. I have a whole supply chain that can get me what I need for my job, but this one specific part I needed in under an hour, and that I can see showing up on your customer facing screen, isn't in stock and you can order it in a couple days? I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I really needed an efficient, fast experience and ended up just going to Home Depot to buy the snips that were 10 feet away from the Mike anyway. Rick at the Madison Heights Granger and the district manager Erica were absolutely wonderful and helping me out and being a perfect example of what good customer service is about!! Use this place!

Total failure, i made it clear I absolutely need this part today and was assured it would be in, I gave him the part number 3 times, wrong part showed up the person with user id XDJW009 is terrible at his job Customers should be able to call their local branch!!
