Good service, had what I needed and got out fast. Good prices on denatured alcohol for cooking.

Made it in there 2 minutes before they closed. They didn't mind. They were super helpful. I had the wrong number but they were able to cross reference it and get me the right part just before the weekend started. No complaints and my ac works great again.

Just left the store after being yelled and cursed at by store manager Brian Loyd. He was very upset that I was returning an unused item. He threatened to charge a 75% restocking fee, which is against Grainger's return policy. I could not believe that a professional would yell and use foul language at a customer. I will not do business here again.

Drivers: you can enter into their lot on Jefferson. Then pull out on persimmon st to set up for their docks. Nice people A+.
