It was my first time seeing this shop and I was amazed by all the detail , quality , highly recommended.

Person was extremely helpful and sold me what I needed in order to fix my tablet stand!

Had online parts available at time they specified.

I ordered 1 case of commercial ceiling tiles for my business. Call the Grainger order line to place the order and was told that location had 1 case left. So I proceeded to this location to pick it up. "Prepaid for it" I get to the location they had w males and one female working the counter at there separate desk. I walked in no one greeted me. The female was busy with a customer and the other two males where basically doing nothing. So, I waited for about 5 minutes then was asked How can I help you. There was another customer that came in behind me that was greeted and took care of right away. I was then told to wait out side by the dock to receive my order. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I was then told that they didn't have the case! I'll never go back there again! A waisted of my

Can't be BLACK and order here. Soon as my mechanic walked in this store, he got a cold shoulder. We needed to order a Milwaukee compact wrench. Afterwards there was a salty gesture "make sure the person on the card come in to pay" which it's a business card. Then our order became on "back order" and won't receive on time. FALSE We always go to the other location in San Antonio Rittimen and that location always treat very us well and we called the customer service line and they said our order was shipped and was NOT on back order and should arrive at 2pm. Not the same information the store gave us. Won't order again from this location and I hope Corporate retrain this store on customer service and profiling.
