Went in to pick up some photo sensors for a garage and I’m unsure the name of the employee but she was an older woman who was very sweet and informative. She deserves a raise and will definitely be coming back here.

Carmen was a real treat here, got me squared away as a new customer in a jiffy and kept me going with some wise words. Thanks for having the part in stock when everyone else didn’t.

Family man provided best cardboard service I’ve seen in years. And believe me I know “cardboard service” Employee: 10/10 Cardboard Service: 10/10 Emotions: 10/10

Employees are always kind and helpful when I pick up at Grainger, especially the lady with curly hair. It can be pricey at times but I can usually get parts here quicker than anywhere else.

Comical. First time in, 2 customers were already being helped. 2 walked in behind me. Both customers behind me were greeted and attended to while I waited my turn. I finally get assistance and they can’t find what I’m looking for. After 10-15 mins, they hand me the phone to their customer service (?) who tells me he doesn’t know anything about the thing I’m looking for (a hose fitting) and he doesn’t even know anyone who would carry it. So I left and went down the street where they had three in stock. Thank you, American Emperor.
