Croix utilities who services our neighborhood for sewer contracted with Mr Paul to fix our sewer problem. He stopped by ahead of time to let us know he had the work order and was waiting for some parts and would be back a couple of days later to fix the problem. He did show up as promised and got us fixed up. Mr Paul is very nice and I would recommend his services.

Hired them to install a new field line to my home septic tank in April 2016. During the installation, they fully cut a sewage pipe that ran from the house into the septic tank, leaving sewage to discharge directly into the ground. I discovered this mistake a week later when I found sewage gurgling up into my yard. When I contacted them, they said they'd fix their mistake for an additional $1000. Needless to say, I fired them. I can provide photos to show their mistake if anyone would like proof. Bottom line, use someone else.
