My husband and I hired GCHS to look at our gas fireplace. When I made the appointment I explained that we believed it was a switch malfunction. I was quoted the service fee and told it would be extra for materials. When the worker came to our house, he confirmed it was just a faulty switch. We were told it would cost us over $500 for the work. We asked to speak with the manager but the worker stepped outside to call him instead. We were informed that the price was not going to be changed even though we did not want the services they were telling us we needed. Grand Canyon Home Services is a great choice for your home A/C needs! My air conditioner went out on me and an inspector came. He checked it out and determined that I needed a new one, and I did. The workers that came to do the job were professional, polite, respectful of property, and very efficient. They replaced my A/C in a half a day. The inspector came back to check the job. My new unit works perfectly. I had a chance to meet Mark, the company's owner, when he, too, came by. I highly recommend this company!
