Remember to take a picture of your QR code when you get there. Phone service once under ground is challenging. There was plenty of parking in the garage. It was nice being able to park so close BUT use caution when crossing traffic to get to the stadium. We used the Park Whiz - we even called the customer service phone number and they helped with a canceled reservation question. Glad we gave them a chance. It was an easy way to park and be right next to the stadium. It was challenging traffic on game day so give plenty of time to access the driveway is in the middle of traffic.

i pre-paid using parkwhiz but i had issues getting into the garage. i pulled down the ramp and the entrance had a garage door that wasn’t open. i had 4 cars behind me and we all had to back up into the busy road because we weren’t able to enter.

I am quite confident in my recollection that, as I approached and considered this parking garage and looked at their pricing [on a Friday afternoon], I read through their various pricing tiers and came to the conclusion that it would be no more than $24 for that evening [no matter how many hours I would be there, from the time I started]. So I chose to park there (*Unfortunately. Quite frankly, I still think $24 is robbery, but apparently it's about the going rate for such robbery these days). Upon our leaving the garage within ~4 hours, we got a bill for $35!! Couldn't figure out the discrepancy; no line-by-line receipt showing any additional charges or why an increase in rate or anything. I give it a two because of convenient location but don't park here on Thanksgiving! There is only one way in due to the blocked streets and it's not one that Google recognizes as the primary, secondary or even tertiary route. The worst part tho was getting out! We sat for 30 min and didn't move an inch. The flow out is not managed efficiently....WHY MUST YOU SCAN ON THE WAY OUT!?!? This slowed up departure 4x the normal rate. On top of it, the directions they gave didn't say you had to scan out, so if you didn't save to your phone the signal was too poor to pull it offline! Never again! Live and learn!!!

I booked a spot for the Lions game for $33.00 online. When I got here, I had to pay$70.00 and call for a refund of the $33.00 or make everyone behind me back up so I could go find a different. So basically, I was forced to pay $70.00 and now I'm trying to get some kind of refund. I would give a negative if I could.
