Grand Concrete

We recently opened a new café and needed a short ADA-compliant walkway from the parking lot to the patio. Lucky’s got the grade right, used a slip-resistant finish, and made sure the width was just right. The crew was extremely knowledgeable and provided advice that kept us within the code. The whole process was smooth from quote to cleanup. Looks great and makes access easy for all our customers.

we run a little taqueria on the west side and our lot was always flooding at the entrance. people had to wade through water just to get to the door. lucky’s came in, ripped out the bad section, and re-poured the entrance with a proper slope. i noticed they checked and re-checked levels before pouring, which told me they cared. the fix worked perfectly, the next big rain came and not a drop pooled up. customers actually mentioned how much easier it is to park and walk in.

i figured new steps would take forever and block the entry to the house for days. marco had forms set in one morning, poured that afternoon, and we were using them by the weekend. honestly quicker than i expected and sturdier than the old wood steps.

the back door to my store had crumbling concrete steps, customers were tripping. city sent me a notice about fixing it. luckys tore them out and rebuilt a solid set, and now deliveries roll right up without catching a wheel.

our side walkway kept washing out every time it rained, so we finally called lucky’s. they poured a thicker path with a slight slope and it hasn’t shifted at all since.
