Grand Kitchen and Bath

Worst customer service experience ever. Ordered the cabinets, and it wasn't until 3 months after when they were finally installed. From COVID hitting the crew and their recovery time being a full month, to setting a day and time and having the crew show up a dates and times outside the agreed upon. Fay as a customer service representative left A LOT, I repeat A LOT, to be desired. From months of delay and lacking communication, to having the nerve of mentioning that interest would be charged if the remaining balance wasn't cleared the very next day of the install, I cannot recommend them at all to anyone. You are better off finding a different place.

Customer service is very poor. The people in the store are unaware of all the products they offer and the installation process. The 1 guy that does know anything and speaks English is almost impossible to get a hold of. Scheduling was a nightmare because of this. The crew that installed my countertops can't cut a straight line. Some cuts were off by 1/2 to 1 1/4 inches. 3/4 inch trim wouldn't even cover some of those mistakes. 1 peice was too deep and I had to cut the drywall out so it would fit properly. I have a 48 inch sink with countertops on either side, they broke that piece in 3 spots when laying it on the cabinets. Tried to cover it up at first and lie about it. But eventually they repaired it well to where I could only notice the breaks if I was looking for it. Overall unsatisfied

I got a fantastic estimate for kitchen cabinets, 2 vanities and closet shelving. After finalizing all cabinetry and countertops, including vanities, I paid for half and the kitchen was installed. It is beautiful. I was called for the final payment. When I inquired why I would make a final payment before the job was complete, John started yelling that he didn’t know anything about vanities. I was then told that the vanities were a separate price and they don’t even install closets. I have an invoice listing all items and the agreed upon price. I also asked repeatedly before paying them if everything was included and was assured it was all included. John came to my home and offered to remove the cabinets and give back my deposit because there is no way I could have expected to get those

Johnson, Mrs. Faye, Earnest and all staff at grand kitchen and bath are excellent! Love our finished product!! Will definitely be recommending them for anyone I know in the market!

Absolutely love my countertops! The entire staff is so helpful and friendly. I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend Ms. Faye and Johnson.
