After a severe hail storm I did what all homeowners do—called my insurance company and asked for an assessment plus the name of a reputable firm. My 30+year State Farm agent recommended Granada roofing. So many fly-by-night (or by hailstorm) folks out there giving bids I did not want to get caught in a less than ideal situation. Turns out I did the right thing by getting a recommendation from my agent. Granada Roofing, and especially Carlos Solis exceeded my expectations! He was personable, professional, and thorough. I can’t tell you how many trips he personally made to my home to check and recheck damage, go to bat for me with the insurance company, and then to follow up multiple times during the installation and even taking drone videos for me of the completed work!
