Grand View Observation Deck

We stopped by the Grand View Observation Deck during the week, and it was absolutely worth it! The view of the Falls from here is incredible — you can feel the mist and hear the roar of the water up close. It’s less crowded compared to the weekend, which made it a perfect spot to take photos and just enjoy the scenery peacefully. The whole area is clean and well maintained, and there are plenty of benches to sit and take in the view. Definitely one of the best free spots to experience Niagara Falls from up close!

The time I had in Niagara was great, especially the views and fireworks that happened nightly! The lights that the falls had at night were stunning! And don’t even get me started during the day. It’s so beautiful and truly is crazy to look at!

It is always good to be here even after several years. There are always so many people which creates a beautiful atmosphere. I was in the evening to see the fireworks and I didn't regret it, it's so beautiful. Fortunately, I had an excellent place on the edge so no one hides my sight. The view of the falls is impressive as always, it's relaxing to see that. The evening is even more beautiful with the color changes behind the falls. The arrival lights start at 22:00 and last about 10-15 minutes

Your thrilling ride aboard the Hornblower Niagara Cruises boat tour will end with a stroll through Niagara Parks’ Grand View Marketplace Gift Shop. Here, you’ll find a wide range of souvenirs, gifts, and collectibles, many with fun and nautical themes. Coming out of the shop, you will get a great view of American fall, Rainbow Bridge, and horseshoe Fall. There are always so many people, making this place lively. The view of the falls from here is mesmerizing. I do not wanna start a controversy, but the Canadian side offers the best view of any falls.

It is indeed a grand view, looking out over the American Falls and the Horseshow Falls, this is a great place to take in the awe of the waterfalls and watch the various ships coming and going from their docks into the mist.
