Grand Air has been outstanding to work with. They currently handle the air conditioning maintenance for our entire school campus, and based on that experience I also transitioned my home HVAC maintenance to them as well. On both accounts, they have been nothing but professional, friendly, and extremely competent. Their team consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running properly. The service manager, Danny, and one of our lead technicians, Ryan, have always taken extremely good care of us and are a big reason we trust Grand Air with both our campus and home systems. The technician at Grand Aire was able to identify our AC issue quickly, order a part and make the repair the next day! Just in time as the weather is heating up down here in SWFL! Great quick service. Mark did a great job. We recently had a new A/C system installed by Grand Aire Bonita Springs. We noticed a whistling sound after installment and a technician came out the next day. Very minor thing and he took the time to explain and added suggestions for us. We are also on a Maintenance plan which adds added assurance to us.

I am BEYOND impressed!! We were very fortunate to be referred to Grande Aire by Tristan Perez. The entire process has been nothing but seamless and the communication has been very clear. We had the pleasure of working with Werner, who gave us options for an AC repair or replacement. From there we met Sam who visited our home and gave us options for a replacement. He provided much needed information and helped us feel at ease with our decision. Today we met Luis and Angel who replaced our AC. They are very kind, considerate, professional, and informative. I feel at peace knowing we are working with a company like Grande Aire. Tyrone provided excellent service. He actually arrived a bit early (when does that ever happen?!!!) but called ahead. His work was thorough and he explained the results clearly, including what would happen next. I am delighted.
