We are very happy with our overall experience with Grandview Kitchens! We worked with Joel to design a new kitchen and appreciated the process, from the computer generated conception to execution (and all the decisions in between … including the flexibility to change/adjust decisions as the project progressed). A shout out to Susanna as well for her suggestions for some of those “adjustments”. We had some delays due to choosing a custom color, and some unexpected events - but Joel was with us every step of the way with assurances and re-scheduling as needed. We now have the kitchen we dreamed of!

My kitchen functions better with more storage, but most important is that it looks fabulous! I'm happy and proud to show it off.

We used Grandview Kitchens for a small kitchen renovation. Susanna’s design was fantastic, and the finished product is beautiful—I’m very happy with it. However, the process was frustrating. A project that was supposed to take six weeks ended up taking over six months, with multiple issues along the way. Mistakes happened, but there was little accountability or proactive customer service. Communication and problem resolution were lacking, which made the experience much more stressful than it should have been. In the end, the quality of the kitchen is excellent, but the process left a lot to be desired

Susana and her Grandview Kitchens team are an amazing group to work with! They make the process easy. That may actually be an understatement... We have never been through a kitchen remodel so naturally we were nervous and didn't have any idea in terms of budget, design, etc. Susana walked into to our home, asked a few questions, and within minutes had a really good idea of what she felt we could do in our space to make it more functional and beautiful. I have to say the results are far beyond what we had imagined!!! The contractor assigned, Todd, was just as easy to work with as the Grandview team. We have been extremely pleased with Grandview kitchens and Susanna for her knowledge of design, use of space, and customer service. The entire remodel of the kitchen was completed in three weeks! Susanna was knowledgeable on every level of the kitchen remodel from design to completion and kept the job on task every step of the way. Her ideas included a coffee bar and cabinet at the end of the eating counter. The cabinets from Fabuwood are beautiful especially under the eating bar area. Her design brought the cabinets out on top of the refrigerator for accessibility. I highly recommend Grandview kitchens based on our experience and customer service. No other companies compare to Grandview for the individualized service from Susanna as well as the contractors who worked on this project. Well
