Had a good first conversation with Arthur but could never talk to him again. Left several messages, but never got response. Figure if they won't get back to me to give me a quote, they wouldn't get the job done in timely manor.

I am extremely happy with the customer service as well as my kitchen countertops. Cassi helped me choose the quartz. Andre was professional and helpful during the measuring process. The installers were professional, and they cleaned everything prior to leaving my home. I highly recommend Granifera to anyone in need of new countertops!

This was my second countertop order with Granifera. My first went great, this second one was completely different and disappointing. Customer service was nonexistent and only got a response from them when they would inquiry about payment. They left the cut out scraps and a dusty mess in my front yard leaving my other contractors frustrated to have to pick up their mess they left behind. They also installed a different quartz countertop than we selected/paid for. They said that's because they looked similar and are the same price point, so they install whichever one is available at the time. We purposely picked our countertop after looking at both because we saw the difference, yet they never communicated to us that ours wasn't available. Arthur and Pedro with Granifera responded quickly every time. The countertop process throughout the entire time from layout to template to the bottom install was very simple and smooth. The results look amazing. I will be highly recommending and using them again !

As the Top Real Estate Agent in the area, I consider myself a great negotiator and I did. But Arthur from Granfera surprised me with his straightforward offer and superfast, excellent Service that I received while I remodelled my bathrooms.
