Granite By Design did great work with excellent customer service. Very reasonable price and turn-around time, also. I've shopped around for countertops recently, and GBD was much better than others in this area. I highly recommend these guys.
Vindictive and misrepresents. This customer left us a 1 Star google review and misstated his complete sales experience. Purchased an item -- we advised and refunded within 1 day since we were out of stock. But in turn, he left us a review stating that it took us 10 days to to let him know it was out of stock and refund. Buyers Beware this company is vindictive and misrepresents the truth.
