Granite and Cabinet Center were incredibly responsive when we were shopping for kitchen counter-tops; however, that is where the customer service ended. The counters were not sealed properly and all exposed surfaces were stained. I contacted the company multiple times over the past couple years to solve the issue, but they blamed me for staining my 2 year old counters. They never came out to look at them or offered assistance in fixing the issue. I would not recommend conducting business with this company due to terrible customer service. The uploaded photos show the stained granite. My stand mixer is stored in the corner where the granite is lighter in color. You can see all exposed granite has been stained a darker color due to poor sealing. UPDATE: 03/27/2016 Still have not be

Not off to a good start. They took my money in advance for a very small project, gave me a time frame, and have already taken almost twice as long to provide my purchase. Communication is very poor. I'll update when I finally get my product.

Please do yourself a favor and use anyone else. We used Granite Center for our kitchen counter install and their quality of work was less than acceptable and communication was extremely poor. They messed up during install, attempted multiple fixes and made things worse at each attempt. Peter (the owner) became extremely rude and unwilling to work with us. We had to hire another company to finish the job. A one-day install turned into a 3 month mess due to them. Save yourself the trouble and frustration up front and choose a different company.

Wonderful experience from selection of our Quartz bathroom vanity to install in short 3 week time frame! Large selection to choose from and Brenda in shop was great to work with making it such an easy process. Install went perfectly and love our new vanity! Highly recommend Granite Centers!

I highly recommend Granite Centers. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. They came, installed and finished in a timely manner. The selection they have is nice as well, such beautiful pieces. If you're in the market for a new kitchen, I would definitely check them out!
