Had a great experience with Granite City. Rudina was my sales person/contact that the store and did an exceptional job. It was my first time shopping for and learning about the various countertop materials and pros and cons. She spend a decent amount of time with me going over options, pros and cons of each type of material, viewing of material/stone slabs on-site (which was pretty extensive) and answered any and all questions I had about the various options, process, and kept me up to date til install day. The warehouse was well lit, organized and the selection to be honest can be a bit overwhelming, but in a good way, because it allowed me to see a lot of the material right then and there and start narrowing down the look I was wanting and start crunching numbers vs going to a granite p

Just had my bar countertops installed. I am more than happy with the whole experience with Granite City. From beginning to end they have helped us in the selection and install and more than delivered at every point. Communication through the (very quick) process was excellent. The install guys were quick, clean and quality is exceptional. I had to have 3 seams due to the size and design. I was worried how visible they would be. Even though I know where the seams are I have to search to find them as the workmanship is so good. Would highly recommend Granite City.
