This company did a good job as far as insulation by the installers, the installers ran out of insulation and brought green insulation back to my garage and assured me that it would turn beige as the rest of the insulation that was sprayed, a few weeks went by and it’s still green, I called the company and spoke with the salesman who advised it would turn colors in a week or so, so I advised him that I would finish paying when it turned beige, the salesman said well it may be two weeks but I assure you it will turn, and I assured I would pay my balance as soon as it turned, the salesman said well it may take it four or five weeks, I told him I would pay as soon as it did, he then said well if you don’t pay I will put a lean on your property. Contacted Granite City Insulation Inc on Monday 1/16/2023 and requested a Quote to install insulation under my homes flooring. The lady answering the phone informed me that I would receive a written quote within several days. As of 1/24/2023 no one has reached out to me or provided any explanation for not showing up and providing a quote. I find this standard of customer service very unprofessional and indicative of an unreliable company. In my opinion, this type of action does not inspire confidence with Granite City Insulation Inc and suggest that their after sales service would also be very questionable. I will monitor your Companies customer “Reviews” to ensure my review is posted and that Granite City Insulation Inc is not selective with their postings.

Had a appointment for 9-12-23 at 10 am. Called said they didn’t remember my appointment. Lady said she remembered speaking with me. Then after I was not satisfied with making a appointment then act like they never scheduled a appointment. When they do get jobs they will be better than the customer service.

I had a 1pm appointment with the salesman. At 1:15 he hadn't shown up so I called him. He was shopping in a store and was an hour away. He said he would come to my jobsite later that afternoon. Never heard from him that day or the next day.
