Granite Concepts

My experience with Granite Concepts could not have been better. They were friendly from the office to the installers. My project was a remodel and when I explained that we would be living without a sink in the house during the process, they expedited my install to accommodate. 10/10 would recommend!

The over all quality of the work done by granite concepts was great. We love our countertops and how quickly they were able to be installed. My only complaint would be communication. Several messages/calls were not answered and I was unaware of when the job was started/completed. Overall I am satisfied with the work they’ve done for us.

Granite Concepts was a pleasure to work with. Every employee and the owner were very professional and attentive to my needs. The install crew was quick, hard working and meticulous with every detail. Giselle was good about communicating, scheduling and giving me all the time I needed to answer my questions. Roland, the owner, was so nice to work with. He was open to new ideas and made sure I was happy with every part of the process. My final results turned out even more beautiful than I envisioned. Thanks to all of you for making this a positive experience and for the beautiful results.

I did not have the greatest experience with Granite Concepts. There was a significant amount of damage done to the walls when the old countertops were removed. My drywall guy said some damage was to be expected but it was excessive. Granite Concepts offered me $200 of the $400 removal fee. The check was supposed to be hand delivered in August. I had to physically pick it up in November. A stop payment was placed on the check once I deposited it.

The Granite Concepts team did a fantastic job on my new countertops. The installers were professional and neat. Gabby in the office did a great job as well. The work was well done and my project was completed timely. I highly recommend this company.
