Customer Reviews
We had an excellent experience with Granite Depot, Denver recently. Kim greeted us and listened, gathered information on what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we wanted. Pricing was more than fair and included a decorative edge. Working with Kevin to map our quartzite on our countertops was easy and he was very knowledgeable. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Stonecrafters who formed and installed our countertops did an excellent job and sent skillfull, conscientious workers to our home. So pleased with the results!! My husband and I have decades of residential construction experience and we were very impressed!
Amazing experience and huge selection of stone slabs. Their prices are great and the process was super easy. They used Stone Crafters as a 3rd party to install our countertops and they did an amazing job. Came in, checked out the installation area and were extremely pleasant and professional. Installation was incredibly fast and the results look amazing!! We looked at several places, including Home Depot and Lowe’s and the prices at Granite Depot were by far lower. Not sure what issues came up from previous low rated reviews but we had an incredible experience and plan to use them again for several other projects we have in planning. Highly recommend!
We went to Granite Depot looking for new kitchen countertops. We told the saleswoman, Connie Eckert, that we were looking for something that looked like marble. Connie showed us a slab that we liked, and we proceeded to the purchase process. It was never discussed if the product was “through-body.” After installation, we saw that the product only had the marble veneer on the top and the edges were completely unfinished (edges didn’t match the color of the top). When we attempted to contact Connie to discuss a resolution, she said that she had referred it to customer service and hung up on me. We never heard from customer service. And attempts to contact them were met with a full voicemail box. We visited the store and weee told that the customer service person was offsite and then would be
This was one of the most uncomfortable showroom experiences I've ever had. Despite being the only customers in a massive 50,000 sq. ft. showroom, Kim, the salesperson we interacted with that day made it abundantly clear that our presence was an absolute inconvenience to her. We were met with dismissive responses, visible irritation and an overall lack of interest in helping my husband and I find a good solution for our needs. Basic questions were treated as annoyances rather than opportunities to assist or educate us. No effort to guide us, explain options, process or provide pricing clarity. The entire experience was rushed, condescending and filled with an attitude that made us feel very unwelcome. Not to mention, they are not well located and we took time off work to drive over an hour
The granite is nice and Kim and Anita are very competent. That's where it ends. The cabinet service is not recommended. I had a horrible experience with a tearout and new install and ended up having to hire contractors to finish the job and fix their multitude of errors. Cost me an extra $3,000. Their measurers did not measure correctly. Poor customer service. Requests for partial refunds are met with excuses. Very stressful experience!
