Granite Depot of Sevierville

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience has been with Granite Depot in Sevierville. I had my kitchen countertops changed out to Granite. I worked with Chris and he was such a delight to work with. He was so courteous, polite and extremely knowledgeable about the different types of granite and quartz countertops. He was patient in working with me and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted since I was completely remodeling my kitchen. The service I got was impeccable. They were so quick to come out and do the measurements and the turnaround time of getting my countertops installed was amazing. I stopped in at the Sevierville office. The man inside helped me find what I was looking for. it was only 10 business days from the beginning of my order to installation. Everyone was very professional and kind, And they did a fantastic job!!

I cannot say enough about Granite Depot of Sevierville and Adrian. I was in a bind needing a quick install and he went above and beyond to make sure that I got the stone that I wanted and had it installed in the time that I needed very professional and always kept me informed of what was going on. It was not a huge job, but they treated me just like if it were a huge job they had me installed in seven days. Highly Recommend Adrian and the Granite depot.

Our experience was disappointing. The salesman helped us get everything ordered and we got measurements pretty quickly. However, communication on installation was generated by me. And, after I told them multiple times that the measurement on the drawing for the bar overhang was not correct they still cut the overhang short by 1”. I was assured it would be corrected when it was cut but it didn’t happen. I even paid for the extra support for the additional overhang. I tried multiple times after the installation was done to reach someone including the salesman and no one returned my call or responded to my email. They also failed to seal the granite and didn’t place caulk between the granite and the wall. For all these reasons I would not recommend them.
