I will say again how pleased we are with the product. I hope things improve with the customer service that Maria offers her customers. She tries….i do believe that. The communication is a struggle for her. I am editing this review …….as I was pushed to make the original review after part of my order was installed. That was in October, 2025. There have been so many excuses and lies for every problem that has come up. We are still getting excuses daily as to why my cutting boards are not ready. They have broken the piece numerous times….that is funny bc there was only a small remnant other than the one slab. That remnant was to be used as the vanity top in the master bathroom. I was told it broke and I needed to choose something else. Also my island was to have a 12 inc

I recently had my countertops and tile backsplash installed by Granite Empire, and I’m extremely pleased with the whole experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth and well-organized. My salesperson, Peter, was especially professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire project. We just had our kitchen remodel completed with new white shaker style cabinets, an island in hickory and beautiful new granite. We are beyond thrilled. When we entered the door of Granite Empire we were treated so well. Peter helped us design our kitchen with his expertise. From start to finish he was available to answer any questions and understood my vision. We are very pleased with the quality of the products and the curtesy we were given. Love it! I wasn’t originally happy with where the counter ended compared to new cabinets and how it was originally. They sent someone out to install a trim piece that really tied everything together. Good price and quick install. Very happy with my granite
