Jesús has helped us all the way with the best option for our kitchen designs, he’s very patient, was very clear and honest with his responses, never pushed us to make a decision, speaks two languages, which made it much easier for understanding the process. Jesus and his outstanding professional customer service and all his help we bought the cabinets here. We didn’t look anywhere else because all our questions and answers were resolved here. Marisela was very helpful and knowledgeable one day when Jesus was off work. Both of them are excellent to work with when remodeling your kitchens or bathrooms. I have been quite a few different Granite Expo stores, like Emeryville, Pittsburg, but so far Granite Expo Fairfield is my favorite!!! Once you step in the store, front desk sales will give you a warm welcome with a big smile. The sales person helping us is Emily. She is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. I know I’m not an easy customer but the service she provides far more beyond average. One more thing to mention, their place is very clean and spacious. My designer and I love staying there and enjoying working with Emily so much!!! Last but not least, their products seems sturdy and price is very good. Even though tariffs have been an issue since April but their prices are still very reasonable. Recently their countertop has special promotional discount. Highly recommend this p

My clients, contractor and I have worked with Granite Expo for over a decade, first in Emeryville and then Vacaville. I was excited when the Fairfield store opened and my excitement is well founded. The showroom is exceptional, the sales staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I especially appreciate Bonnie, her expertise and her attention to detail. I always look forward to her warm friendly smile and can-do attitude! She is THE BEST! The warehouse staff are friendly, efficient and always go out of their way to help us. Great front end customer service but unfortunately the back end of the house lacks. After paying for my quartz slabs I went to the back to pick them up. Once loaded on one side of my trailer, I noticed my slabs weren’t coming home in one piece(since I didn’t have trailer tracks to strap them to). Thankfully another couple who were also picking up were the most helpful by suggesting renting A-frames to hold the slabs. The Asian manger who I previously went to check in with was criticizing about me not having trailer tracks(even though I showed him the inside of the trailer initially before loading) instead of finding a solution. Limited selection with very poor customer service. If you are remodeling a bathroom, they have selections of black and white but hardly anything else. The people that work at the counters wait for Contractors to come in to place large orders. One guy helped us and had limited knowledge and walked away after 5 minutes and then we had to go find him. JUST pathetic service!
