When we arrived, Vanessa greeted us right away and took a genuine interest in what we were trying to find. She walked us through all the options and helped us explore every possibility. After a thorough search, she was almost as disappointed as we were that nothing quite matched. Then—right by the door—we spotted one last leftover piece from a recent project. Eureka! The worst experience I have ever had. They demand 100% payment up front. They dropped the sink on my water pipes, flooded my house, and did not cover or replace damages. I have been without a floor for over a year. Plus their signature sink sucks. Stains all of the time. Worst experience ever!!!!!
