I previously had a negative review posted about my experience, however the account manager Brandon and I spoke and issues were resolved to my satisfaction. I appreciate that he took the time to speak with me and made efforts to get things resolved. At the end of the day I love my countertops and I’m happy. Would recommend.

We were referred to this company and initially confident in their work. We had quartz shelves installed as part of our backsplash, along with other countertop work. However, after installation, we noticed that the lower quartz shelf was not level. The install was clearly sloped, which they refused to admit was a design or installation mistake. Only after we pointed it out were we told that “quartz shelves slope over time” and that this was normal — something that was never mentioned prior to installation or during the design process. After doing our own research, we found that this claim was not accurate — properly installed quartz shelves should remain level over time. We don’t plan to keep anything heavy on them, but we don’t believe that shelving like this should ever slope. On install

From fabrication to production to installation, this process was seamless, absolutely one of the best experiences we had during our renovation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Granite Plus!!!!
