Granite Tops by Giovanny

We had Giovanni put countertops in our kitchen. It looks very good at the time about a two weeks later my wife thought I seen a little crack in the top so I called Mr. Giovanni to ask him if he would take a look at it and let us know what we might do before it got any worse because it wasn’t bad at all. He said he would stop over when he was in the area but he was really busy and now I understand why he only takes cash and don’t take credit cards because you have no way to insist he back up his work I like Mr. Giovanni , but I have seen a different side of him once he put the top in I just wanted to follow up. It is now been a month or so, and the top that Mr. Giovanni has put in it already cracked in three different places and they did not put any shims under the top on the cabinet. We
