Granite Transformations of East Orlando

Stay away from this company. They lied about products are being made in Georgia but after 3 months of wait and threatening them by taking them to court to get my money back they showed in 3 days with made in chine cabinets. They used sub contractors to install. Used different unmatched parts caused not aligned drawers and cabinet doors. During the installation I warned them about it and clearly told the sub contractors I will be refusing this work. But after they reach out to the company they insisted on installing unmatched parts anyways. They even bought 1 hydraulic drawer railing from Home Depot tried to get away with it but that part didn’t work with the cabinet holes so they had to eventually come back to correct it after threatening them by not paying the rest of their money. Sloppy workers don't clean up after themselves and franchise owner fails to return my calls due to a warranty issue. Bad customer service! BEWARE! Previous kitchen remodel we did in NC (different franchise) went smoothly and the crew left the kitchen spotless. We love the product, but one bad apple 🍎 Can give the name a black 👁️.

Everyone at Granite Transformations was great! Mike was so helpful when I was deciding what to do with my old Formica countertops..he showed me the quartz that was exactly what I wanted. Only took 3 weeks ,as promised, from start to finish. Luis and his helper, I forget his name, were very professional, precise and careful during the installation. They cleaned up as they went along and made sure everything was perfect and up to my expectations! I can’t rave about them enough and would highly recommend Granite Transformations to everyone!

My wife & I are very happy with our renovation of kitchen & 2 bathrooms. We had cabinets & counters replaced. Our salesman was Michael & he talked us through everything very well. We are new too all the latest trends. We had NO idea what an incredible transformation would take place. Really amazing. The cabinet man Uri is excellent as is the counter man Qwan . Even the plumber Lorenzo did a great job. Everyone seemed to enjoy their craft.

I had the worst experience with this company after waiting a long period of time. MIKE was the sales rep that came to my house to give me an estimate. Then, when they came to do the job a piece was missing including the price was then different from what he told me. If that doesn't make matters worse upon the completion I sign a contract with the remaining balance authorizing this company to take from my account but they ended up taking $125.00 more without my permission. Not even a courtesy call. And because I called and demanded my money returned they said they will not give me warranty. Worst experience for a first-time time home owner trying to make improvements. Please please don't be gullible and assume home advisors sends you qualify and quality companies DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!!!!
