Granite USA

Decided to replace the island granite and small sink. Since we're new to Wichita, I just googled and Granite USA was the top of the search and open on Saturday. We drove from North Wichita to S Rock and a so glad we did! Now the pros and cons. Cons first. Cons - There were none. Pros - Initially working with Brianna, she was/is knowledgeable, engaging and... honest. Just told us the real numbers. I had a very limited window to schedule the demo, measure and installation. Brianna and Brett worked with my schedule and had it installed on time! Of note, the demo and installation crew were highly respectful of our home. That was huge in my book. Highly recommend!!

We had Granite USA do the quartz countertop in our bathroom remodel. We were able to choose one of their remnant pieces and they were patient as our prep work took awhile. Great experience with Brett and the whole install process.

Absolutely the best customer service. Omar and his employees care about what they do and it shows. Our kitchen looks fantastic with the black leathered granite. They have a wide selection of granite. Omar chose the perfect colors for both of our bathrooms. They updated our house in just a couple of hours from start to finish. Fantastic prices on top of it all. If you’ve been thinking about getting granite countertops then this is the team to get it done. Highly recommend Omar and his crew. Very professional.

I have to say, I am more than pleased with the customer service. Everyone involved was nothing but nice and very professional. My granite and Quartz are excellent quality! Recommend for any project you may have.

Excellent experience with Granite USA. I appreciated that the owner shot me straight and really steered me in the right direction on decisions about our project. Price was more than competitive, and I’m really impressed with the craftsmanship of their work. If I have any future needs, I will definitely be going back.
