If your builder is going anywhere else to get their granite or quartz or sst countertops they're making a big mistake. They are the nicest, easiest, most professional people to work with you'll ever find. Their quality of work is second to none, and They have defined customer service for me for over 20 yrs! They do exactly what they say they're going to do and they do it exactly when they say they're going to do it!

Had our house built 4 years ago and our builder used this place for our farmhouse sink and quartz countertop. Our sink (which was a $1,000 upgrade) cracked right down the middle recently and needs replaced and our quartz counterop also has developed a crack. I called them and they won't do anything for the sink and the lady (who said on the phone "quartz doesn't crack) asked me to send her pics of the countertop crack, which I did well over a month ago and sent a 2nd email a week or so ago and no response on either email. Absolutely terrible customer service.

This place is great! I used them years ago - wonderful experience. Fabricated exactly as ordered.
