Handyman never showed on initial scheduled date. I scheduled a handyman to come out 5/2 between 12 and 2. At 1:30 I called and asked if the handyman was still coming. I was told yes and that he’d be coming soon. At 2:10 I called back and was told the same. At 3:35 I called in and the dispatcher (after my previous 3 calls were “disconnected”) said she’d call me back with an update. It’s 3:50 and I just received a call asking if the repairman can come at 8:30 tomorrow. No He came and it’s done. Updating to reflect that it’s done now and that the gentleman was nice and quick.

They made an appointment to come and give me an estimate. No one showed up or called to cancel. Not a good sign.

Handyman showed up on time, worked hard, listened to my questions, made suggestions, and completed the job quickly and carefully. Overall this was a great experience, and have already recommended Grant Handyman Services Hollywood to my neighbors.

The representative who answered and referred the contractor " Limitless Services, LLC" was courteous and quick resolving, but the contractor, although pleasant the first day, did not complete the job as discussed. The owner himself started work on a Thursday at one of my locations and left a broken light panel on the floor and never replaced it. By Tuesday the following week and last day The owner carried out an unprofessional discussion on his associates phone with me on what was agreed upon. Make sure when you contact this referral service you ensure they do not refer Limitless Services, LLC.

I had two two-hour windows on a Sunday. I was called after the first window - "going to be late"... No response after second window; tried to say they called me. I have better things to do on a Sunday than wait for someone that isn't coming!
