We are thrilled with the design and execution of our waterfall in our natural pond. From concept, placement, & scale to the magnificent final project we really couldn’t be happier. They are a great group to work with! They faced some serious challenges along the way, but never did we feel that we weren’t going to get their best. I’ve gone to Grass Roots for 15+ years for koi pond maintenance, supplies, plants and fish & more. This was the first “big” project they’ve done for us. They are about an hour drive from our home and I would never second guess making the trip to support their business. Many more years ahead as our go-to!

Between my wife and I, we have been dealing with Grass Roots for 3 generations of the Bates Family. They truly are a great caring family who will treat you as one of their own. My first experience with Grass Roots was in the Spring/Summer of 2021. We had a small (750 gallons) pond put in and were very happy with what Grass Roots put in. This Spring (2024), we upgraded our pond from the 750 gallons to approximately 3500-4000 gallons. We ended up doubling our initial budget for this new pond due to what we saw at their store. The pond updates they've done at their store were amazing. I wanted the concept of their main large pond duplicated in our back yard. I stopped to get plants for my small pond. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, very knowledgable. I was helped to get plants that are safe for my turtle, who lives in the pond. I've come here for years and always had a wonderful experience!
