Grass Wackers

So I have utilized their service now for a few years, while we lived in Florida and had them cut our grass here in Covington when away. When I was not living there my neighbors kept telling me they were not cutting the grass well. I came in to visit my home here, it was as bad as my neighbors were informing me of. Fast forward to now and they're doing this while I live here in Covington now. Made promises they couldn't keep but promising a certain worker and rarely following through. Very unprofessional and dishonest workers. We had to check behind them every time they cut the grass. Constantly finding strips of grass uncut. Advised the office we said we wanted them to weed wack our entire yard. We informed them to mow it and they said ok. We come back home and the workers weed whacked the entire yard. It looked terrible. Then the last time they came they were once again coming to weed wack the entire yard even after training. Not recommended at all.

I use grass whackers for mowing and trimming weekly. The price was very comparable to other businesses. The difference between this business and others is, they are always on time, very professional, and I like the fact that the invoices are emailed and I can pay directly online with no contact with employees or office personnel.

These company is the absolute best lawn care company in business. They are reasonable, the administration is respectful and responsive to your particular concerns and most importantly to me, they are reliable!!
