Grasscor Commercial Grounds Management

Our hoa contracts this company in Hamilton township, as I was in my (fenced) yard mowing the back line of my fence, literally 5 seconds from being out of this guys straight shot of his mower chutes as I was making my own turn, one of their employees didn’t even bother to pause (in the public common space hill) for the 5 seconds for me to be out of range of his grass chute. Decided it would be better to represent his company by blowing the grass all over me. Unprofessional and zero common courtesy.

I sent an email to the company over a week ago on their website. Never heard back. No way to message company on here. They took a weed trimmer to the inside of my flower bed killing my flowers. Not only did it cost me money but also my time to plant them.

Terrible company. They deal with the affordable housing on our street. Their solution to the trash their tenants throw around has been blowing their debris in my yard. When I asked them to stop, they told me to “F off”. I have documented video and photo of their negligence. They are now stealing from other property owners on the street and trespassing on private property to commit the theft. They have been documented on video that unfortunately cannot be loaded on here. Please advise and beware. They are absolute trash

Me and my family were just ran off the road and almost ran into a telephone pole to avoid collision by truck 36. We had the right away going through the yellow light and he was in on coming traffic. When I finally caught up to him to get the info off the truck he also said he didn’t mean to run us off the road but he didn’t want to miss the light given that it was yellow. Not hey did you guys wreck? Hey are you and your family ok? No he said he simply didn’t want to miss the light....I’m sure a reply about how serious this is taken by the company but i guarantee more so that absolutely nothing is done about it.

I just watched 4 of their employees do some work at he Edward J Brown a school here on Fairview. They were mulching around the trees. They have one man spreading and he is slow and leaves lumps throughout the entire process. They didn't dig the beds for the mulch and leave the mulch in thin drops and leave the mulch climbing the base of the trees. The other 3 guys were either driving or using trash cans to carry the mulch to where it was going. Proper way to do this would be using a wheel barrow. So they have much training or experience. I used to be a landscaper. And I would never leave a job looking like his. They are lazy and very appearently have no experience. Or they don't care. They are going to hurt themselves and take too long to do the job. Hope they aren't charging by the hour.
