Great experience. Danny was prompt and cost was very reasonable . The crew came at 7:30am It was 30 degrees outside. They finished in a day as he said he would. We walked through everything to make sure that my husband and I were completely satisfied. Clean up was excellent .No nails etc. anywhere. I would highly recommend this company!

Grassi Roofing is an excellent locally/family-owned roofing company: responsive, professional, honest, hard-working & true to their word. They stood by their word & completed my roof in 1.5 days and were absolutely wonderful! I 100% recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof! My house looks like a BRAND NEW HOME!!! :)

I wouldn't pay this company to put shingles on a dog house. I found nails in my driveway, broken ornaments in my flower bed, cracked fascia, broken soffit retainers, shingles that look like they should have been thrown away instead of installed, and nails pounded too far in the ridge vent I don't need. I have spray foam rafters, solid soffits and they added ridge vents without asking me. Without an air channel to vent the heat & humidity it is not a vent, it is a hole in the roof. There is spray foam blowing in the vent like popcorn so it is not sealed as stated in message (see pic). When I asked the vents be remove and the roof be returned to it's original design, I got the run around for a month then was asked to pay more money for their mistake. We needed a roof inspection to sell our house. I reached out on a Sunday, and Tyler was able to come out on Monday. He looked over the areas in question (specifically flashing) and didn't try to upsell us something we didn't need. Great communication all around.
