We got this companies name from a friend so we thought we were in good hands, and Eli was difficult to work with. We agreed upon a price for our plow per time and he decided to double it because he felt it should be with the amount of snow. We would have been happy to pay it, but wasn’t up front about it from the get go when we talked to him at the beginning of the season. When we questioned it politely over text he said he would no longer do our plows. Unprofessional and unorganized. We had to remind him to come plow, he forgot about us. Never invoiced. Had to ask twice for that. Communication is not there. I’ll save you for the trouble. Don’t go with them.
Jason and crew have been taking great care of our yard and property for 10 years now.
