I am writing review about a serious incident involving one of your drivers that occurred while I was driving on the highway. The driver scraped the side of my car and then left the scene without stopping, which is extremely unsafe and unprofessional behavior. ​ There was active construction on the highway at the time. The left lane was closed, your driver’s pickup truck was in the middle lane, and the right lane was closing and merging into the middle lane. As I was safely changing from the right lane into the middle lane, your driver, who was behind me, accelerated instead of yielding, and his vehicle scraped my car door. Despite this contact, the driver did not stop or attempt to exchange information and continued driving.

We found our whole experience with Grasso to be very positive. They first removed our old driveway, then rebuilt the driveway from the foundation on, up last summer. We knew that the old driveway was overdue for attention. Upon the completion of this project, our expectations were exceeded. Over the winter, we were surprised to see how much more efficient all the water runoff was handled than it had been. Besides the driveway apperance has vastly improved, we're overwelming pleased that it now drains more efficient, and that we have not experienced any more large puddles that we previously had taken for granted.

They stored their equipment on our lawn while doing sidewalk in Darien. We asked to move and they promised will make sure any damage addressed. Left multiple voice messages- no call back. Lady that picks up the phone was rude and condescending and said “oh my God” to someone next to her as I was just asking for a manager call back. Also plan to reach out to the town.
