I highly recommend grateful AC. Tim and his crew are very attentive and knowledgeable. Sam especially is very kind and knows what he is doing! I have had a few issues with my unit since moving in and they have always been so helpful and on it. Highly recommend for your AC needs!

My family has used Grateful AC for over 2 decades for all of our rental properties, and homes. Tim and his crew are not only super nice people who understand the value of excellent service with a good attitude, but they are also very fair, honest and reliable. I can't recommend these guys enough. Yesterday my AC went out randomly stopped cooling, and they were here in less than an hour and had my AC fixed and cooling again in no time. I've been using this company for YEARS! Anytime I have any issue (big or small) I know I'm gonna get the BEST service at a fair price. I got an entirely new air conditioning system installed. When the county inspector came to check the installation, he asked me for the company name. He said he wanted to started using this company because he had never seen such thorough work! That's just additional confirmation of my already positive opinion!

First, I made the mistake of calling a company called Absolutely Cool Air Conditioning in Stuart, FL. Please read through this review to see how the owner of GRATEFUL AIR CONDITIONING, Tim and his crew SAVED THE DAY for me! I made the mistake of calling Absolutely Cool Air Conditioning first. They seemed to have good reviews. A technician, Roy Padgett, came to my home to assess why my AC stopped cooling. He informed me that it needed a new coil, which is located in the inside air handler. I informed him that the coil unit itself was still under warranty from American Standard. He gave me a quote; $3,500/ less a "special discoutn" which brought the new price to $2,700. Grateful AC provided awesome service at fair and reasonable prices to my family's businesses since the 1990s and I continue to rely on them for any needs that I have for AC and expertise!
