Grateful Trees

We had Alex trim our black walnut tree in our backyard and he was great! Easy communication, fair price, and very happy with the job. We are looking forward to him coming back to trim our pear tree next month.

Great price, great communication. One of the nerve-wracking things about homeownership is trying to figure out which contractors to trust and Alex has earned mine for two jobs so far. He also worked with me to find a stump grinder who was at least as friendly and easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking for help with tree trimming, pruning, or shrub removal.

We had an excellent experience with Alex and the crew at Grateful Trees. They handled two large projects for us including a tall hedge trim, blackberry removal and cleaning up an overgrown space. Alex (Grateful Trees) was awesome. I was nervous about planting two new small trees that we purchased for our front yard, so I emailed Alex and he responded right away and we set up a time for him to come by. He helped us plan where to put them and then expertly planted them, pruned them, and prepared them for a long life! I also had him look at the other trees on our property and assess what might be needed for them. He was very thorough in his evaluation of their health and wellness and what types of pruning could help improve them. Ultimately, we had Alex prune all the trees on our property (four large Maples, a number of tall conifers, and a decorative Japanese Maple) as well as help clean up a few small bushes and shrubs.
