Graves Overhead Doors

Graves Overhead is the best. They just installed 4 garage doors in my new garage and they look great. I have used Graves Overhead Doors for over 20 years and purchased 40 garage doors for my homes and business. They always do a great job! Shout out to Dave, Rick and Patrick.

Andrew at Graves Overhead Door was great! He was professional, prompt and highly skilled. Graves had done work at our previous residence and we called them again because of their integrity, reasonable pricing and quality of work. Without any reservations, I highly recommend them for any overhead garage door services.

Small issue with garage door on new construction. Graves promptly scheduled an appt with date and time. Bill Jefferies was on time and addressed the issue very quickly. He is very knowledgeable and removed the noise and realigned the tracks. Also recommended i use garage door spray once a year. Who Knew?! Such a nice and polite person. Thank you Bill!!

This company have extremely poor customer service. They send out a payment link where you need to feed in all the information yourself, instead of just a link you click and pay. When I asked them to send something more user friendly they called me up and laughed in my face about my request. Super rude.

Graves was recommended by our neighbors like many on here. We would recommend them as well! Robby was out quickly and helped us decide what doors and openers we needed. Gave us an estimate quickly once he got back to the office. We have two of the quietest openers I have ever heard and awaiting the new doors.
