Gravina's Window Center of Littleton

What a great experience with Gravina's Windows of Littleton! We recently replaced our 4 panel sliding glass door and ended up choosing Gravina's Windows of Littleton. Based on my research, I knew the Infinity by Marvin doors and windows were high quality and had great reviews. From the moment Tim McMahon came to the house to give us an estimate and educate us on the product and the process, we were sold. The next step was having a technician come to the home for more precise measurements so that they could order the door. A Project Manager (Tanner) kept us up to date on when the door would be delivered. Lisa Gravina then scheduled the installation. Our experience with Gravin's WC of Littleton has been nothing less than spectacular. We love the multi-color Marvin Infinity windows we selected for our home(White on the inside/ Dark bronze on the exterior), the installation process was clean, timely, and the results were very good. Chris the lead installer was outstanding! One window and a sliding glass door handle needed replacement parts and quick fixes so the service department was out to our house within a few days to take care of those items. Christian on the services side was quick, accurate, and punctual! We are very pleased with the products and services we got from Gravin's. You can't go wrong if you go with them for new windows or doors! David

We bought a 70 year old home and the previous owner(s) had replaced some windows probably 35 years ago. 8 years ago we had Gravina's of Littleton replace a single door with a slider and replace several windows with a big picture window that also incorporated a double hung window on each side. They did a great job on this project! This was a challenging job that a couple other businesses didn't want to even attempt nor bid on. We liked it so much that (5 years ago) we asked them to come out and look at our original (70 year old) single pane kitchen windows with lots of character and see what they could do with updating them and also install a window in a bathroom we were having renovated. GREAT service!! The lock on one of my casement windows broke. I couldn’t find the 2 replacement parts anywhere! So, I called Gravina’s Service Dept. They asked me to send pics of window & broken part. Service tech came to my house with the part and fixed my window. He was fast and the repaired window looked & worked great. He even adjusted the window so that those parts won’t break again. Thank you Gravina’s! Note: pics are of repaired window, and the 2 broken parts they replaced.

Christian and Rocco performed some warranty service on my windows and door. They did an awesome job!! They explained what they were doing, showed me helpful tips to help with the window and door operations and made sure that all my questions were answered. Tausha Klein who coordinates all the maintenance work was also great to work with. She always made an effort to keep me in the loop with calls and text messages. The Gravina group is great to work with. I highly recommend Gravina’s of Littleton!
