Hey everyone, I just had my chimney inspected by Gray Cat this morning, I am in Owensboro Kentucky. I have to say, from the phone call to the office for an appointment, to the crew that came to my house, they were all very professional and really friendly. The two young men, Jeremiah & Matt were awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable about their craft. They did my inspection, went over everything with me, without any sales pitch. Just honest future preventive maintenance. I do highly recommend Gray Cat, for the reasons I stated. I might add that Jeremiah & Matt are Both Veterans, which I highly respect them for. Cody and Mason did a wonderful job installing my new Osburn Matrix 1900 wood stove insert today. They were both very friendly and very willing to answer any questions that I had. The unit looks beautiful and the heat it produces is great. Thanks again for a job well done!
