I have never had a bad experience at an electric supply store. I don’t care where in the states you are, how could they really be all that bad? I’m just writing this to point out all the whining has to be about inept people with egos believing that they are the only ones in the store, and they probably don’t know what they are doing in an electric field. I actually get a kick out of the bad reviews because you have to know they aren’t true. There’s no way that the counter told you they didn’t want to sell all that overhead behind them.

In the middle of a job. Called to make sure they had a specific Cable in stock. They sent me to the Livonia store even though they close at 1 pm. I called at 245. Totally inept sales team. Mike the counter man was rude, arrogant and totally unhelpful. His actions or inactions probably cost us a job. Will look for other vendors.
