We are very pleased with the final results and the commitment to getting the project completed in a timely manner. A special shout out to Ricky and Stephanie who did the majority of work on the back porch. A great job by Stephane with TX electric who did the electrical work and ceiling fans. Thanks to Eric and Mike for the work on the flooring. Also a great job on the concrete pad along our garage and a hardworking crew. We had good support from the owners of Graybrook Construction, Melanie and John, who communicated and were making sure things were getting done. Highly recommend this company!!! An additional job doing some accents and drywall patch and caulk was done quickly by Stephanie. Very pleased!!!

The entire process with GrayBrook Construction was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Melody consulted with John when I was on the phone to ensures they could do the floor repair and door work I was needing and scheduled my job quickly. Stephanie, who completed the handy man service, went above and beyond. She arrived promptly, quickly assessed what she needed to buy for the job and took my extra floor tiles to get store credit to reduce my cost of what she needed to get for the job. Within 5 1/2 hours, Stephanie went to purchase the items, put up a whole sheet of drywall in my closet, removed / replaced and shaved off four doors, and repaired my kitchen floor. I was impressed with how quickly Stephanie got the job done by herself. Thank you to everyone at GrayBrook Construction!

GrayBrook did a fantastic job on my bathrooms! They’re so organized. Show up when they say they’re going to show up and leave everything clean when they leave for the day. I love that they gave me a schedule of exactly what would be done each day throughout the project. First class service and skills all the way! Thank you John, Melody, Alex, Jacob and Ricky. We had a pretty large project with GrayBrook. We got rid off all the carpet 5 rooms and replaced with tile, added some cabinetry, replaced trash cans into the cabinets, addd a grill landing for a ceramic smoker, and removed a tub and jetted tub and replaced it with a a large shower with heads on both ends. GrayBrook did an amazing job! From communication, to clarity, friendliness, and quality of work, it was all top notch. John and Melody are awesome people and the work they did was amazing. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend them for any project you may be considering. I will definitely use GrayBrook again. Great people and quality work!
